Adding a User Defined Entry to Other Charges
This feature also allows you to add four user defined Other Charges entries. Adding, editing, or deleting Other Charges in the profile affects the Other Charges available to you when you create an estimate.
To add an Other Charges entry
- Select the Configuration Dashboard, and then select the Profiles option from the Configuration panel.
- Select the profile you want to work on, and then select Edit from the mini-toolbar.
- Click on the Other Charges link in the left panel.
- Select Add from the toolbar. The Other Charges screen opens.
- Enter the information in the appropriate fields, and then click OK.
- Select Save or Save and Close from the toolbar.
